Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Production Phase: Returns or cancellations cannot be processed while an order is in production. You must receive the product before initiating a return claim.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process

- Authorization: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping & Fees: Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Transit Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the packaging and product (see our Shipping Policy).
- Defective or Wrong Items: Contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Personal Care & Hygiene: Beauty products, skincare, or fitness gear where the seal has been broken.
- Customized Goods: Special orders or personalized items.
- Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our "original condition" requirements (unworn, unused, original packaging).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the reception of your return.
- Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at veraboutique@protonmail.com.
