Shipping & Delivery
Processing Your Order
At Vera, we value the intention behind every purchase. To ensure your items are handled with care, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that our fulfillment sanctuary operates Monday through Friday; we do not ship or deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.
In periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure every package meets our standards of quality.
Shipping Logistics & Estimates
We focus on reliable, standard delivery to ensure your items arrive safely. To provide you with the most efficient service, orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate shipments. In these cases, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Standard Shipping: Generally delivered within 7–14 business days.
Delivery Window Transparency: While most orders arrive within our standard window, please be aware that logistics can occasionally vary. Depending on your location and external carrier factors, delivery may arrive sooner or, in rare cases, take up to 30 days. We are committed to getting your pieces to you as swiftly as possible.
Real-Time Updates: The official delivery estimate for your specific order will be provided via your tracking number, which is sent automatically to your email as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Please note: We do not currently offer express shipping options.
**External Delays While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Vera is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, global health crises, customs strikes, or extreme weather. These events do not entitle the customer to a refund while the package is still in transit.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
**** Products Sourced from South Korea: Select specialty items on our boutique are shipped directly or imported from South Korea. Due to international trade regulations, these products may be subject to additional shipping fees, import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Those are in addition to our regular policies; they don't follow our normal T&C.

Responsibility for Fees: By purchasing a Korean import product through our boutique, you acknowledge and agree that any additional customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes levied upon entry into your region are the sole responsibility of the customer (the importer of record). These fees are not included in our base shipping rates and will not be refunded by us if you return the product.

Delivery Delays: International shipments passing through customs may experience temporary clearance delays outside of our control. Estimated delivery windows do not include customs processing times.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Tracking numbers will be provided so you can follow your package’s journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.
- Refused Shipments If a shipment is refused at the destination or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or unpaid customs duties, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning it to our international hub. These fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
Shipping, Delivery & Claims Policy (Damages & Lost Packages)
1. Transfer of Responsibility
At Vera, we ensure that every product is inspected and dispatched in perfect condition. Once the shipping carrier takes possession of the package and provides a tracking number, the carrier assumes the legal liability for the transit. Vera is responsible for the quality of the product itself, but the physical delivery process is managed by third-party couriers.
2. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to veraboutique@protonmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Mandatory Evidence: You must provide high-resolution photos of the unopened exterior packaging (showing the shipping label) and the damaged item.
- Claims made after the 48-hour window or without original packaging photos will be declined, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred during transit or after delivery.
3. Lost Packages & "Delivered" Status
If your tracking status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your item, Vera is not legally obligated to provide a refund or replacement if the carrier provides photographic or GPS proof matching your address.
The 72-Hour Mandatory Wait Period: Before contacting us, you must wait a minimum of 72 hours after the "Delivered" status appears. Carriers often update statuses while the package is still in the final stages of the delivery route. During this time, please:
- Check all secondary entrances (porch, garage, side doors).
- Verify with neighbors and all members of your household.
- Contact the carrier directly to request the exact GPS drop-off coordinates.
4. Fraud Prevention: Mandatory Affidavit
To initiate an investigation for a missing "Delivered" package after the 72-hour window, you must email veraboutique@protonmail.com with the following documentation:
- Full Name & Order Number
- Confirmed Shipping Address (Verify that the address provided at checkout was 100% accurate).

A Hand-Signed Written Statement (Affidavit) containing the following text:
"I, [Full Name], solemnly declare that I have personally verified my premises and consulted with all members of my household and neighbors. I confirm that despite the 'Delivered' status, the package for Order #[Number] was not received. I understand that filing a false report is a fraudulent act and that Vera reserves the right to submit this signed statement to the shipping carrier, local police, and insurance providers as part of a formal investigation. I also acknowledge that if the carrier’s photographic proof matches my delivery address, Vera is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement."
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
To prevent "wardrobing" or abuse of returns, the following rules apply:
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and resalable packaging.
- Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Final Sale: Certain health, beauty, or fitness items may be non-returnable for hygienic reasons once the seal is broken.
Product Use and Personal Sensitivity Disclaimer
- Reseller Status: Our boutique acts strictly as a reseller. We do not manufacture, formulate, or alter the products sold on our site.
- Allergies and Ingredients: Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list of each product before purchase and application, especially if they have known sensitivities or allergies.
- Patch Testing: We strongly recommend performing a small patch test on your skin before integrating any new product into your routine. If irritation, redness, burning, or swelling occurs, discontinue use immediately.
- No Medical Claims: The content, descriptions, and information provided on this website are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional for specific skin conditions or health issues
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vera shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from our site.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the specific results, efficacy, or performance of the products.
Product Descriptions and Packaging Variations
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate and up to date. However, manufacturers may alter their packaging or formulations without prior notice. The product you receive may vary slightly from the images or text displayed on our site. We guarantee that all products sourced are 100% authentic and purchased directly from authorized distributors.
6. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to Vera or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or will forfeit the right to a refund.
